The fastest and most secure way to delete your account is from within the Scallywop app:

1. Sign in to Scallywop.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

When you delete your account, we permanently erase:

• Your uploaded documents, images, and scans
• Information extracted from your documents
• Your reminders and notes
• Your incident recordings and vehicle documents
• Your profile information and account credentials

This action cannot be undone.

We retain certain records where required for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, or regulatory reasons — such as payment and subscription records — only for as long as required by applicable law. We do not retain your documents or personal content beyond what is necessary to comply with these obligations.
